Directions

Step 1
1. Purée the tofu, yogurt, herbs, salt, and pepper in a food processor.
Step 2
2. Add the carrot and blend for a few seconds.
Step 3
3. Stir in the raisins with a wooden spoon.
Step 4
4. Serve with raw veggies and crackers or in a tortilla with microgreens.
