Ingredients
- The juice of ½ a small lemon
- The juice of ½ a lime
- 1 piece
- (approximately 4 cm) fresh ginger
- 1 pinch
- ground turmeric
- 1 pinch
- ground cayenne pepper or black pepper
Directions
- Step 1
- Press the juice from the lemon and lime. Set aside.
- Step 2
- Peel and finely grate the ginger. Set aside.
- Step 3
- Pass the lemon and lime juice and grated ginger through a fine sieve to remove as many particles as possible.
- Step 4
- Pour the liquid into a small shooter-type glass and add a pinch of turmeric and a pinch of cayenne or black pepper.
