Directions
- Step 1
- In a bowl, mix the dressing ingredients until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper.
- Step 2
- Grill the pecans and sunflower seeds under the broiler for 2–3 minutes.
- Step 3
- Halve the romaine hearts lengthwise and brush with oil.
- Step 4
- Heat a grill pan or the BBQ to medium heat and grill the romaine hearts on the cut side for 2 minutes.
- Step 5
- Place the romaine hearts on a plate and garnish with pre-grilled pecans and sunflower seeds as well as dried cranberries. Drizzle with dressing.
