Directions
- Step 1
- Using a fork, crush black garlic cloves into a purée.
- Step 2
- In a deep bowl, place egg yolk, lemon juice, mustard, and black garlic purée. Slowly drizzle in oil, whisking constantly with a hand blender or whisk. Continue whisking until texture resembles mayonnaise. Season to taste and set aside.
- Step 3
- In a large non-stick skillet, sauté shrimp in oil over medium heat until cooked. Season to taste and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve with reserved black garlic aioli.
